10 years later, good job.

This thing is a piece of garbage and the companies customer service is utter atrocious. Within my second year the pad hose started to leak profusely. When I contacted customer care I was told I would have to replace the entire pad. That costs $450. After paying over $600 for this piece of garbage less than 2 years ago I now have to pay over $450 to use it or it is now just a $600 paper weight less than 2 years after purchasing it. I have never paid so much for something so poorly made with such absolute horrible customer support in my life. This company is garbage.

That was the best mattress I ever had. It also performed fabulous on a power platform head and feet. Gave it to my daughter. I now need to find it's replacement.

the sheets are good, but i've ruined 2 sets - the bottom sheet has a "band" to secure the sheet, and that band is easy to rip away from the sheet, rendering the bottom sheet unusable

What if the sagging is on the edge. How do you use a string there since it will follow the slope?

I would like to use my waterbed frame for a bowstring and mattress. I also want to keep using the mirrored headboard as well. I would like to remove the outside framing except for the section the headboard sits on. Can this be done? Thanks Allen

I would not recommend you purchase this mattress. I Purchased this mattress November 2019, it is currently December 2023, and my back is killing me. Looking to go back to a traditional spring mattress because this mattress gives me no support from my back or my side. I would not recommend this mattress to anybody.

Don’t forget about the number of turns a coil makes from base to tip.

Ironically we have the same name and I bought this mattress ten years ago. Still have it to this day! Idk if he still works at us-mattress, but he helped me confirm what it was brandwise.

When I go to your website, it crashes my google browser. I cannot do anything at all on my pc after that and have to reset my pc. All other windows are closed when this happens. Also I can open up all my previous windows as long as I dont open your website window and everythings fine. The other day I was on you website and everything was fine. Now, evertime I go to it, google stops responding and sometime i cant even close google. Only pc reset fixes it. I dont get it.

This is the most expensive crappy mattress I've ever bought! Less than 6 months in we started having issues with indentations, even spinning the mattress every two weeks as required by our retailers warranty. Now, less than 4 years later, I'm purchasing a new mattress because of the back pain this mattress has caused.

I'm 74 years old and I have never had a mattress last to its full warranty. The warranty is mostly a scam. It says if it forms depressions of 2" or more then they will replace it but the way it is made it won't be that much because they put something in there that it hits bottom and won't be more than 2". I hate memory foam for that reason. It does not hold up and your bed has an uneven feel to it but you can bet it won't sink past the 2" mark.
